Armoured Workshop Company REME, at the Precision Factory, Gornji Vakuf, during the winter of 1992-93. I was based here for a few days on my journey up to Vitez, and sketched the activity as damaged vehicles were recovered and repaired. Fighting between the Bosnian Croats and the Bosnian Muslims was continual around this location.

B Company of The 22nd (Cheshire) Regiment was based here, and their patrolling Warrior Armoured Fighting Vehicles frequently came under fire from mortars and small arms.
