Buccaneer S2b, XW988 was the last of an original batch of Buccaneers constructed for the MOC Procurement Executive and delivered in March 1974. In 1994, the final Buccaneer was retired from the RSAF front line service with 12 Sqdn. at RAF Lossiemouth.
